Not just a collection of theoretical takes on energetics unfounded in practical application, this course has been specially curated to lead you into the realm of each element, facilitating a deeper connection to and understanding of the energetic inheritance of Traditional Western Herbal Medicine.

Together we cover:
Foundational energetic principles of the Four Elements system as a whole, and how it corresponds within manifold cycles such as the four directions, the four humours, the luna cycle, menstrual cycle, seasonal cycle, biological life cycle, the botanical cycle and more.
Foundational Astrological knowledge for assessing the ‘elemental weighting’ within a person’s birth chart, understanding elemental archetypes in the Signs and Planets, and clear instructions on how to cast a birth chart
An in depth exploration of each element, spending a whole module with readings, guided meditations, and dozens of practices and processes to facilitate your lived connection and understanding of each one
The fifth element of ether or spirit, the essential practice of assessing the vital force, and remembering ourselves as participants in an enchanted, ensoulled cosmos
The Elements in synergy, bringing together all we have learned and practicing with case studies and real birth charts
Contains over 30 hours of both pre-recorded and live video and audio content spread over the course, a community forum for sharing and connecting, and a multitude of thoughtfully curated practices, self-reflection prompts, guided meditations, rituals, recipes, herbal monographs and more.

Four Enchanted Elements runs on a fortnightly flow of eight modules. Each module consists of a main 90min class held at 12pm on a Thursday, and a follow up workshop in the next week on the Saturday at 10:30am for 60-90min, all AEST. All sessions are recorded and will be made available to you within 24-48 hours.

Rebecca is a Naturopath, Astrologer, and Green Witch practicing Folk Herbalism in an earth-centered and heart-led way. Rebecca has spent much of her 10+ years of practice re-enchanting her offerings, and moving into animistic, relational models that centre reciprocity and collaborative care with the more-than-human world - be that the moon, the ancestors, the plants, or the winds. Rebecca weaves Hellenistic Astrology into her Naturopathic practice to unearth a clients constitutional patterns and innate mythopoetic narratives, to facilitate matching them with the most appropriate plant ally’s and medicines. Rebecca is also a Kinesiologist, a Tarot reader and teacher, has been holding Women’s Circles since 2018, is a maker of enchanted herbal medicines as Witch of the Little Hills, and is co-creatrix of southern-hemisphere oriented Astrology podcast ‘The Sentient Sky’.
