RH is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals. Collection of your personal information
There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed by Visitors without providing personal information. However, for access to particular and/or future RH customer support features and scheduling services you are required to submit personally identifiable information and become a Client. This may include but is not limited to your email address to respond to an inquiry, to notify you of future updates and information relating to RH content or scheduled appointments, or personal details and contact information to facilitate the shipping of goods and notifications in relation to this. All forms requesting information are clear on their purpose and intention, and are not used outside of that purpose.
Sharing of your personal information
We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to processing transactions or customer freight shipping. This site uses Stripe to accept payments, and Cliniko to schedule and manage appointment and bookings. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information from clients they need to deliver the service. RH takes reasonable steps to ensure that these organisations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of each Clients personal information.
Use of your financial information
This information is never taken directly by RH either through our website or otherwise. At the point of payment, you are transferred to a secure portal as provided by Stripe. That page may be accessed through the Cliniko booking portal. RH never has access to any of your payment information.
Use of your personal information
For each visitor to reach the site, we expressively collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalized content to you while you are at this Site.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will use for these new purposes only, data collected from the time of the policy change forward will adhere to our updated practices.
Use of your medical information
Any medical information shared as part of a service provided by RH is subject to stringent confidentiality practices, and used only for the purposes as set out within the consultation setting. Any medical records provided by the Client or created by RH are securely stored as per regular guidelines regarding medical information. Access to a Clients medical records is strictly prohibited unless a written request with permission from the client to share medical information with another practitioner is received. RH is obligated to supply a Clients medical records to a court of law if subpoenaed to do so. After seven years has passed without further consultation, it is standard practice for these records to be destroyed.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
RH reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Site.
Accessing Your Personal Information
You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons.
