Your healing journey awaits.
A 1:1 session has the capacity to be so many wonderful, wild-pathed, liberating things. Whether we are correcting a diagnosed condition of the body, challenging a belief structure of the mind, tending a wounded heart, or mapping the wild paths of the soul - it is all in service to the whole being that is you, in all of its glorious light and shadow.
One-on-one sessions are perfect if you have health concerns to address, soul searching to do, or are looking for guidance, teaching or mentoring in the healing and sacred arts within an intimate, highly specified environment.
Sessions can be held online via zoom or phone call, or from my home clinic in Berwick VIC, on Bunurong Country.
Together in a 1:1 we will work toward…
-
Getting to the bottom of something - or finding the root cause - is a central principle to any form of holistic or natural medicine.
Symptomatic relief can only go so far, and often can create new problems or mask the old ones, creating comfort but not generating healing.
Together we will look at what is happening for you now, figure out what has contributed to the problem, and look at what kind of constitutional triggers or tendencies have also played a role.
Once we have drawn up a picture of the details, hows and whys, we can begin unearthing the root of the discord, which is the first step to healing it.
-
Understanding the fundamental contributing factors to why we are the way we are is an essential part of finding the right medicine. Your constitution is your body’s default setting - it involves characteristics such as how hot or cold, wet or dry, fast or slow we tend to run physically.
For example, a person who tends to be physically warmer may face different health difficulties compared to the same disease in a colder person. And so of course the medicine must also be different, taking into consideration the persons natural strengths, weaknesses and predispositions.
Whether we are looking at the literal triggers within your DNA or inherited trauma and gifts from your family line, your constitution is a map of your body’s most natural, inherent tendencies, preferences and reactions.
This is as relevant and important for working with the body as it is the mind, heart and soul. Exploring your collected life experience and ancestral inheritances from both blood and spirit family can reveal much of the ‘why’, and point us toward the right medicine.
-
While focusing purely on the symptoms is not a sustainable nor healing form of healthcare, relief from difficult symptoms is an important component to holistic care.
It can be the difference between having or not having the resources, focus or energy to commit to the deeper healing pathways needed to resolve the dysfunction beneath.
Some common symptoms that can find relief through holistic care include pain, fatigue, poor sleep, low mood or motivation, anxiety and stress, digestive discomfort, food sensitivities and skin flare ups.
-
The body would be nothing but an empty husk without the soul, or the animating force that makes us who we are. When we ignore all but the physical level of health, more than half of our ‘selves’ is left without support or opportunity to heal.
Our physical, emotional, mental and ethereal bodies all feed information and energy back and forth into one another, and the origin of disharmony may arise from any of these sites, almost never affecting only one level in isolation.
Rewilding body and soul is a re-membering of the fullness of ourselves, and a journey of regaining permission to honour all of our parts as equally important and in need of our attention.
This can sometimes mean altering the worldview we have been born into that mechanistically breaks our body into separate parts - a big but always life changing adventure.
-
All holistic interventions, from herbs to meditation to dietary support, are all supposed to encourage and resource your body to be able to heal itself and maintain a state as close to homeostasis - or ‘biological balance and health’ - as possible.
A major part of natural medicine’s focus is to initiate enough healing so that in time, more powerful interventions are no longer needed. With close observation and refining of recommendations as we go, long lasting results and resolutions can be achieved.
Long term resolution is also the natural endpoint when priority is given to the slow peeling back of the layers of ill health, down to the core of disruption. This is as relevant for disruptions of the body as it is for the emotions, mental plane, and the soul.
It is also common that after stronger interventions like herbal extracts and supplements that results can be maintained with gentler supports such as diet, teas and simple lifestyle changes.
-
Folk medicine is so named because it is and always has been a ‘people’s medicine’. You will learn your self and the remedies to apply as you go - from discerning healing foods through to selecting the right plant ally for making your own medicine.
Empowering you to take responsibility and to apply care and tending to yourself is essential to long lasting and deep healing, and is as liberating as it is loving.
You may walk away from a session with instructions on how to make fire cider, or how to grow a particularly relevant plant ally, or with the inspiration to discover more about your family line and the patterns and inheritances waiting for your attention.
As a healer, this is how one can most be in service to another - to empower you with the tools to connect with the healer within, reminding you we all carry medicine and the capacity to heal ourselves.
-
The Modern world gives little value to less tangible aspects of being a human, and so things like intuition, connecting with the earth, and participating in sacred practices can be de-prioritised or abandoned entirely.
When we reconnect with our instincts, our wild nature, our guides and ally’s in spirit - who or whatever we want to call it - the level of life-affirming belonging and healing that can be found is beyond imagining. To allow ourselves full, unapologetic permission to be connected to the WHOLE world and cosmos and not just the easy-to-understand physical parts of it, a veritable well of wisdom appears before us ready to drink deeply from.
Every session will see whispers emerge, whispers from the powers-that-be that wish you a vital, happy and meaningful existence. As the ears of our heart open to the symphony and heartbeats of the more-than-human otherworlds that we are constantly emerged in, the more emplaced we find ourselves, and the more able to both give and receive of ourselves for the betterment of all.
“The more you settle back into your naturalness, the less likely you are to be endlessly buffeted by unease and unseated by paradox.
This kind of work creates a root system that is clear and well watered.
Eventually it could create an old-growth human being.”
- Martin Shaw
Modalities & Medicines
A 1:1 session can be a blend of any of these modalities or focus on one specific area of expertise as directed either by you or the natural flow of the appointment. If you have a preference for a particular form of medicine - such as just Naturopathy or just a Tarot reading - feel free to email me in advance.
Naturopathy & Folk Herbalism
Truly holistic healthcare means addressing dysfunction from the roots up. By identifying the body’s constitutional tendencies and preferences, it can be supported by highly specific, nourishing medicine. To first “do no harm”, prioritizing non-invasive techniques, and to reinvigorate the body’s innate vitality and life force are cornerstones of what separates Naturopathy from modern Western medicine.
Folk-centered Naturopathy brings modern natural medicine back to its ancient beginnings. With a “less is more” approach to supplementation and dosages and deep trust in the body’s capacity to heal itself when the right resources are available to it, folk herbalism and food as medicine is potent, life changing, and liberating medicine.
Educating you to be able to take your healing journey into your own hands is an essential aspect of good Naturopathic practice. By teaching you the skills and tools to heal yourself and learning what you in particular need to be and stay well, chronic conditions can be reduced and resolved and ill-health prevented. You become empowered to slowly rebuild relationship with the earth, the more-than-human, and the deeper workings of your own body, soul and psyche.
Naturopathy combines wisdom from herbalism, nutrition, and human health sciences such as biology, pathology, and microbiology to create a complete model of alternative, natural healthcare.
Kinesiology & Sacred Mentoring
Kinesiology is a diverse modality and can vary greatly from one practitioner to another. Essentially, though, it is a way of using the muscles to access the knowledge held with the nervous system, cellular memory, and the subconscious flow of the psyche. If you can think it, you can ask it, and your body will respond by telling you what it needs.
From identifying a pattern or problem, through to ‘muscle testing’ for the resolution or healing required, Kinesiology is a full, rich modality unto itself, and can facilitate deep, long-lasting shifts.
It is also a powerful way of connecting with psychological or traumatic themes that have already been talked or worked through to a certain point, but are still needing some extra support to really heal. This can be accessed and supported without having to dive into the story of things, which can serve as a very mindful, gentle healing offering to deeply hurt, dark or traumatized parts of ourselves.
Rebecca’s compassionate way of speaking from an intuitive innate knowing, guided by whispers from the more-than-human and the green world, creates a purpose-full blend of kinesiology and clairsentience. Mentoring in her sessions for almost 10 years, Rebecca is experienced in working with underworlds, life purpose, integrating shadow aspects, and ameliorating difficult beliefs and self-judgements.
The Tarot Rewilded
Tarot is an ancient and powerful modality that is as magical as it is grounded in real, applicable wisdom and insight. The layers of meaning in a tarot reading run deep as we connect with archetypes, spirit, esoteric symbolism, the collective energy of the tarot, and our individual intuitive guidance and spirit allies. It is a deeply magical tool for transformation and clarity, and a profound instrument for understanding our psyche and ‘whole’ selves.
Perhaps most importantly is the Tarot’s ability for truth seeing and truth telling, and how it guides us to a clearer outlook and resonance within our lives. The potential of a Tarot reading is as wide in scope as our imagination and our ability to ask the right questions.
The Tarot Rewilded is particular to Rebecca’s reading style: it is an embodied way of relating to the Tarot and bringing its medicine to life. Suddenly obscure symbolism or difficult themes become naturalised, obvious and relatable when we are seeing them through a wild, real-life, mundane and yet also magical way. The cards have their own cycles and threads of relationship between them and other esoteric systems like astrology, numerology and the elements, which when woven together provide a rich tapestry of medicine and meaning.
Rebecca offers Tarot readings, a 13 Moons ‘year ahead’ reading, and mentoring for your own practice with the cards. She also runs quarterly Rewilding the Tarot Circles in which she teaches the cards in small groups.
Astrology & Astrological Herbalism
Astrology is a field as vast and awe-inspiring as the cosmos itself. It is a language of patterns, dancing relationships between archetypes and themes and events, and can be as literal as it is conceptual. It has an enormous scope of application - from deepening self-understanding based on your own birth’s star map, to gaining perspective from longer passages of influence over months, years, decades or millennia. It is also the foundation for Traditional Western Herbalism, and can enormously potentise both prescriptions tailored around planetary influences, and medicines made to the song of certain heavenly movements.
Looking at the cycles of the Moon and the influence of the signs and other planets which it frequently visits and interacts with can invite an added layer of meaning to the day to day, and can even help us ascertain moments of power from moments of adversity depending on the portals opening or closing with the Luna Cycle.
Astrology is a lens through which we can choose to view and interpret the world, that helps us make meaning, and live in step to the song of the Universe. It is a mighty thing, and a lot of fun to discover yourself and the world through this mystical, heavenly language! In a session, looking at your birth chart will help deepen our constitutional understanding of the very star-fibres you are made of and were born into, and can help us devise extremely meaningful and powerful medicines specifically for you.
Rebecca has self taught over the last 5 years, and is currently undertaking the first in a three year formal Astrology education with Austin Coppock.
Issues Rebecca Commonly Treats Naturopathically
-
Irregularities such as heavy or painful bleeding, scanty/absent or irregular cycles, Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Fibroids, PCOS, ‘PMS’ symptoms, and fertility & hormonal imbalances for men, women and non-gendered folk.
Rebecca works hard to de-pathologise menstruation and undo the damaging effects of menstrual taboo by building a relationship with our body’s voice all throughout the cycle. Looking at the connection between you, your period, and the Luna and Seasonal Cycles is a liberating road from hating or avoiding your bleed to establishing a loving, reciprocal relationship with it.
If this interests you, have a look at this article on understanding the language of your menstrual cycle.
-
Fatigue conditions such as Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Iron deficiency and/or Anaemia, Adrenal exhaustion or insufficiency, post-viral fatigue and ‘long-covid’, Thyroid and Autoimmune conditions, blood sugar disorders, insomnia and sleep disorders, post-natal depletion, low energy, low motivation or apathy.
Fatigue takes its toll as much on the spirit and the emotional body as it does on the physical body. Addressing fatigue often involves shifts in perspective, our world view, or our beliefs around control, and what we are or are not capable of achieving in the short or long term. Most often they require ‘slow’ medicine, taking and loving attention to time to heal, however immediate relief can be found as you move towards a more energised ‘normal’ baseline. Rebecca has experienced great success in resolving Chronic Fatigue conditions and post-viral fatigue syndromes such as after glandular fever or as seen in ‘long-covid’.
-
Mental and emotional health concerns (diagnosed or undiagnosed) such as Chronic stress, PTSD, anxiety, depression, panic attacks and Panic Disorder, Post-natal depression & anxiety, Adult ADHD, poor concentration or cognition, poor memory, emotional difficulties or overwhelm, negative belief patterns, hypercriticism, mood disorders and difficulties.
Rebecca has a strong focus on and is experienced in integrating the health of the mental and emotional aspects of self through understanding, integration and transformation, and has been mentoring clients in emotional health and healing for 9 years. This works alongside practical supportive interventions such as herbs, food and nutrition, environmental factors, and social supports.
-
Pre-natal and post-natal support, breastfeeding and milk supply, mastitis, sleep deprivation or insomnia, exhaustion, pain or inflammation, general depletion or malnutrition, acute infections while pregnant or breastfeeding, post-natal depression and/or anxiety (PND/A).
Post-birth healing and support for all types of birth including natural, chemical, surgical, miscarriage and termination. This may include wound healing, hormonal balancing or clearing, pain relief, emotional and trauma support, infection resolution, iron and/or blood building, and overall deep re-resourcing.
Introducing and building on a Mother-centered model of community and care is powerful work that can drastically change and improve the way we parent our children and ourselves, and move through our life as Mothers. As can bringing attention to our ‘red thread’ - the matrilineal line of genetic and ancestral inheritance - examining how our beliefs, behaviours and parenting habits can be rooted in familial tendencies and systems.
Stepping into Motherhood is a major Rite of Passage that can be moved through with beauty, love and surrender when we are equipped with the right outer support, and trust in our inner wisdom. Whether we have given birth resulting in a healthy babe, have suffered a pregnancy loss, or decided to end a pregnancy, all are pivotal moments on the road through Mothering that ask for loving attention and honouring, and sometimes extra support from guides and healers along the way.
-
Symptoms such as bloating, abdominal pain, constipation or diarrhoea, nausea, poor appetite, dysbiosis or leaky gut, food sensitivities or allergies, poor detoxification, gastric infections such as giardia, h.pylori and blastocystis, and conditions including IBS, Crohn’s, Coeliac’s, haemorrhoids, gastric ulcers, fatty liver, and GERD/reflux.
The gut is referred to as the ‘seat of health’ in many traditional medicine systems across the world, and for good reason. What we can or can’t absorb, and we do or don’t eliminate can wreak havoc with all facets of the body when out balance. It is home to vast networks of nerves and immune tissue, and often houses our emotions in both conscious sensory ways, and unconscious ways. From untwisting the knots, to setting free the butterflies, improving digestive health ALWAYS improves health overall.
-
Recurring Colds/Flus, Thrush/candida, HPV, STI’s, UTI’s, tinea, staph, bronchitis and pneumonia, ongoing ear, nose and throat infections, blastocystis, and post-viral complications such as after glandular fever, COVID-19, Hepatitis and other viruses, or overall malaise due to an accumulated viral load over time.
When infections become recurring, there is usually more to do than just ‘boost immunity’ or kill a bug. There will often be underlying tissue changes that support re-infection, or a constitutional pattern in play that needs attention, such as an excess or deficiency in heat, cold, dryness or dampness. Culturally we are not so good at allowing enough time for recovery, called ‘convalescence’, and is something we must teach ourselves as we go.
-
Acne, Eczema, Allergic reactions, Psoriasis, Chillblains, and common skin infections such as staph or molluscum, muscular pain, tension or inflammation, rheumatic joint conditions, structural joint changes requiring symptomatic management, tissue repair from injury or surgery, and osteoporosis.
Our body’s physical structures are often related to our energetic structures and how energy passes in, through and out of us (or not) - our boundaries, and how we absorb, receive, and release energy. They are also areas that can contain a great deal of cellular information, from the emotions and stresses stored as tension held in our muscles, waiting for release, through to the coding of who we are and where we have come from in our blood and bones.
They are also commonly seen alongside gut dysfunction, hormonal imbalances, or immune over or underactivity, as nutritional status plays an important role in maintenance and integrity of our skin, muscles and bones.

‘Pay it Forward’ Return Sessions
30m ~ $90
45m ~ $115
60m ~ $140
30 minute sessions are for Acute conditions such as colds or flus, prescription reviews, and short check in’s between longer sessions. Perfect for a short Naturopathic check in to make sure everything is tracking well. If you are wanting support for more than one issue, or are wanting to address things on a mental/emotional level, you’ll need to book for a longer appointment.
45 and 60 minute sessions are the standard return appointment times that allow us to cover how things have been going, new things arising, going deeper into your health history if needed, review of prescription, and time to drop in to the patterns and themes emerging. This is the appointment time best suited if we are calling on more than one modality, or if we are working with astrology, tarot or kinesiology.
75 and 90 minute sessions opens up time and space to go deeper, to look at multiple issues, to combine modalities, and to approach complex conditions. It is also a wonderful gift to yourself if we are working with challenging or trauma-related healing, to have plenty of space to go in gently and come out gently, working with things as they arise. We will have lots of resources and tools to draw upon to really weave in the healing and growth of body and soul, together. This is also a good amount of time if it has been a while since we last worked together (more than 6 months).
Sessions are predominantly online, though some are available on Saturdays from my home clinic in Berwick VIC, on Bunurong Country. Fill out the form below to email me if you would like an in-person session, and we can arrange a time.

“Rebecca is a highly intuitive and caring healer. The work she offers is unique, it traverses the ‘seen’ and the ‘unseen’, the unconscious and the spiritual realms, through visualization, symbols, story and attunement to what needs attending to. Sessions with her have helped me to connect more strongly to my own intuition, and have deeply validated this important part of myself that has been seeking expression and exploration. Thanks so much for such an in-depth and wise reading. I'm really enjoying seeing it unfold, even the more challenging parts! Your ability to see the patterns, to link them to the seasons, the moons, and the opportunities each of these offers is extraordinary.”
