Damaged/Faulty Goods

If your item is faulty, or not what you ordered, we will happily organise you a replacement or offer you store credit. Unfortunately this does not extend to damage done during shipping - please keep the damaged item as it was when you received it, including the packaging, and contact the delivery service to make a claim. If this does happen however, let us know and we may be able to offer you a discount on a replacement or future purchase.

Change of Mind

Unfortunately we cannot offer change of mind returns due to safety and hygiene reasons. If you are unhappy with what you ordered, please contact us.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds, but would love to chat with you if you feel your product is not right in any way. You can get in touch via the contact page in the header menu.
