Here you will find all manner of enchanted and healing materia available to you - from a salve for a cut or a herbal vinegar for a cold, an elixir for grief, or an astrological essence for navigating dreamscapes. These medicines are intended to serve on a truly holistic level, weaving together the body, mind, heart and soul as one, addressing the root of the problem at hand. Each creation is inspired by Western Folk Herbalism, led by the heart, and many are guided by lore of planet, star and sky, incorporating astrological timing methods and magics.

  • Honouring the seasons means working with what’s available, when it’s available, thereby aligning our body to the wise cycles of the earth. When fresh plants are prioritised over dry ones, you know that you are receiving a potent capture of herbs at their most powerful, aromatic and effective.

  • Either homegrown or locally foraged, every item in this apothecary has been lovingly handmade, from conception through to completion, and from seeding to harvest.

  • Creating medicines in small batches encourages sustainability, never taking more than is needed or easily gifted from the earth, with every part of the plant treated with reverence and care.

    Being low waste means having a minimal carbon footprint, and avoiding plastic wherever possible - both during the creation process and in the finished product by replacing it with biodegradable and low-tox alternatives.

  • Ingredients that can’t be made by me (such as coconut oil or beeswax) are sourced as ethically as possible, with a focus on organic, non-GMO, unsprayed materials as close to their natural form as possible. Sourcing from local providers reduces the overall carbon footprint, and supports local small businesses.

  • Being in reciprocity with the earth means divesting from ‘using and consuming’ as a one way beneficiary, and participating in a relational model in which all life benefits and thrives.

    Weaving in the cycles of Sun, Moon and Sky add layers of potency, meaning and specificity - as above, so below.

These offerings are created with the notion of ‘right relationship’ at it’s core.

The vast majority of the ingredients used are either homegrown, wildcrafted, organic/non GMO, or sourced as locally as possible. This is to maintain a bio-regional focus, and to reduce the impact on the earth such as through carbon emissions and unsustainable manufacturing processes that are rife within the health and plant industry.

Being in right relationship also refers to the interactions with the medicines themselves, especially during the dreaming and creating process. Every medicine I have made is an answer to a call - like a magnet pulling me down a path that has just the right herb ally waiting for a new co-created medicine making journey. If a plant doesn’t grow at the time I feel I need it, I seek a different plant. Working with what is easefully available for the natural cycles and the green world has to generously offer us in right timing, rests at the heart of this work.
