Infused herbal vinegars are a delicious way to invite herbs into your kitchen and your health routine. They can be taken neat as a daily tonic, added to room temperature water to warm and switch on the digestion before a meal, or added to meals as a salad dressing or flavour enhancer (such as on roast potatoes or green veggies).
The selection of spring herbs included are cleansing, clarifying, immune supporting, detoxifying, highly nutritive and mineral rich, and warming and supportive to the digestion. They typically support the lymph, gut, immunity, skin, and liver.

200ml of the Magnolia Herbal Vinegar in a clear flask shaped bottle with silver lid, and an info card with care instructions and serving suggestion. Contains approx 10-22 doses depending on how generous your serve sizes are.
USE & DOSAGE INSTRUCTIONS
A tablespoon or so (5-20ml) can be taken neat or with some room temperature first thing in the morning as a daily tonic. Add a splash into some cold water, mineral water, or mixed with your favourite clear spirit like Gin, or Vodka. I love mine in mineral water with ice and fresh herbs from the garden like spearmint, basil or rosemary.
NOTE: Little floaties in your vinegar are a testament to it being a fermented product. If you notice a ‘disc-like growth’ forming on top of the vinegar that isn’t furry/fuzzy like mold, then huzzah! You have a scoby - a colony of good bacteria that you also find in kombucha, and apple cider vinegar ‘with the mother’.
Infused vinegars tend to have a long shelf life, but are best used within 12 months. Store in a cool, dark place to lengthen it’s life.

Contains homemade Apple Cider Vinegar infused with homegrown or wildcrafted onion grass, violet leaves, clivers, chickweed, dandelion leaves, thyme, oregano, nasturtium leaf and flower, and mugwort leaf.
