Rebecca holds a range of different qualifications & skills, and will tailor a session to suit you and your needs.

Have a look at the 1:1 sessions information for more detailed information about how Rebecca practices and the modalities she incorporates into her work.

  • Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from 2014, and has been practicing for over 9 years.

Her approach to prescribing herbs has always been intuitive and focused on building allyship between plant and human. Rebecca’s interest in the ancient traditions and philosophies of Western Herbal Medicine may mean incorporating your astrological natal chart, assessing your elemental balance, and learning your body’s constitutional tendencies to best address your health concerns.

Rebecca works with all manner of complex conditions, but has a particular interest in menstrual and hormonal health, mental health, trauma and emotional wellbeing. She frequently sees clients seeking assistance with irregular, heavy or absent cycles, hormonal imbalances, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, chronic fatigue, insomnia, and pain conditions. She also often works to strengthen immunity, heal gut dysfunction and support healthy skin.

Where possible, Rebecca’s preference is always for simple, highly specific herbal medicines that by their nature are as affordable and accessible as they are specific and powerful. Her prescriptions are thoughtful, conservative in quantity, and always a little bit magical. Rather than swathes of synthetic nutritional compounds, Rebecca prefers to utilise wholefoods, seasonal eating practices and food as medicine where possible.

  • Rebecca holds a Cert IV in Kinesiology from 2012, and has been practicing for 10 years. Kinesiology offers insight from the very cells of a persons being through muscle testing.

By accessing deeply stored and held wisdom we encounter the keys to many different healing ways - ways forward, ways of being, ways of understanding, ways of departure, ways around. Supported by Rebecca’s natural clairvoyance and strong inner knowing, life-changing empowerment and self-understanding can be unlocked, embraced and integrated. Beyond what the conscious mind is able to identify and understand, Kinesiology accesses the entirety of a persons being by forming a bridge between the conscious and the unconscious for healing and growth.

A Kinesiology session tends to begin with identifying the underlying patterns and themes contributing to dysfunction or challenging states of being, and then discovering what is needed to break these old cycles, clear new pathways or heal old wounds. This can be applied to any kind of issue - from a vague sense of wrongness to working through well-known issues or diagnoses - and has benefits for body, mind, heart and soul alike.

Rebecca has a particular interest in reconnecting and strengthening our connections to the psyche and the soul, and to reintegrate the intuitive, dark or exiled parts of us that long to be re-membered and called upon as the important ally’s that they are. Her capacity for holding space is gentle yet firm, creating a safe environment for working with the challenging or shadowed parts of ourselves.

  • Rebecca’s love affair and life-long apprenticeship with the Tarot begun when she found her Oma’s tarot deck at 13 years old. After more than two decades learning and reading the cards, Rebecca’s practice runs rich, deep, and connected with the multi-faceted potential and magic in each card.

Her style brings together Astrological and Hermetic traditions alongside interpretations that are archetypal, soulful, and heart-full. Rebecca’s rewilded approach to the tarot brings an embodied, practical, ‘lived’ way of incorporating the messages from the cards into everyday life, for bigger events and mundane moments alike.

Rebecca’s guidance is clear and insightful, with grounded wisdom that oft has the ring of truth telling and knowing.

With a focus on personal development, self-growth and tarot for magic and change, her way of holding each client through a reading is as skilful and honest as it is compassionate and warm.

Rebecca offers readings, classes, and 1:1 tarot mentoring to support you in building your own relationship with the tarot, for beginner and adepts alike.

  • Astrology is a field as vast and awe-inspiring as the cosmos itself. It is a language of patterns, dancing relationships between archetypes and themes and events, and can be as literal as it is conceptual.

It has an enormous scope of application - from deepening self-understanding based on your own birth’s star map, to gaining perspective from longer passages of influence over months, years, decades or millennia. It is also the foundation for Traditional Western Herbalism, and can enormously potentise both prescriptions tailored around planetary influences, and medicines made to the song of certain heavenly movements.

Looking at the cycles of the Moon, and the influence of the signs and other planets which it frequently visits and interacts with, can invite an added layer of meaning to the day to day, and can even help us ascertain moments of power from moments of adversity depending on the portals opening or closing with the Luna Cycle.

Astrology is a lens through which we can chose to view and interpret the world, that helps us make meaning, and live in step to the song of the Universe. It is a mighty thing, and a lot of fun to discover yourself and the world through this mystical, heavenly language! In a session, looking at your birth chart will help deepen our constitutional understanding of the very star-fibres you are made of and were born into, and can help us devise extremely meaningful and powerful medicines specifically for you.

Rebecca has self taught over the last 5 years, and is currently undertaking the first in a three year formal Astrology education with Austin Coppock.

  • Rebecca’s life changed when, as a Naturopath researching the psychological relationship with Menstruation, she found the phrase ‘Menstrual Taboo’. It was like finding a language for not only a great deal of her own experience as a bleeding woman, but also of the experiences of so many of my clients.

When we connect deeply to ourselves, embrace all parts in their essential-ness, their wisdom, their beautiful and confronting aspects alike, we make available to us the full spectrum of experience, power, purpose and transformation that is the birthright of every human animal.

It is the same when we are able to recognise Rites of Passage, or pivotal ‘threshold’ moments in life - like our menarche, pregnancies and births, menopause - and as part of our larger life cycle - from maiden to mother to maga to crone. Healing through connecting with our inherent cycling nature, and re-membering our capacity for midwifing ourselves through critical threshold moments in life can change everything.

Working with the ‘many faces of the Goddess’ and tapping into our own well of both creative and death energy is a way of reclaiming ourselves as an empowered, sovereign human and witch, liberated from the inherited or learned structures and beliefs that have led you to ever believe otherwise. Our body is a portal to great magics that is especially potentised at these major moments in life, and are re-initiated again and again as each cycle moves through us.

Rebecca is experienced in facilitating transformational moments with warmth, honesty and insight, whether they are occurring now or are being revisited from the past, and she has completed two years of journeying with the School of Shamanic Womancraft.

Naturopathy Kinesiology Tarot and Astrology consultations online and in Berwick Narre Warren Beaconsfield Melbourne 3806

Hello there!

Here is the short ‘about’ version - scroll down for a more storied introduction and hello :)

I am a Naturopath, an Astrologer, a Tarot reader and teacher, and a Kinesiologist, practising online and in person from my home loft-clinic space in Berwick, in the south-east suburbs of Melbourne.

Over the years I have dedicated myself to accumulating many varying types of wisdom, and specialise in creating a TRULY holistic form of care - one that weaves in heart and soul equally alongside body and mind.

Physically speaking, I most often work with menstruation, menopause, mental and emotional health, energy and fatigue issues, skin conditions and digestive complaints, though I work with a great many different conditions. However I treat more than what is simply seen on the surface, or in the body in and of itself. I go deeper, determining the patterns, narratives or disharmonies that exist within our cellular, ancestral, inherited frameworks, and work with each client’s own story, history and experience to heal in a way that is long lasting.

The types of clients I most often work with are those looking for more than a quick-fix - they are looking to understand themselves (body, mind, heart and soul) better, to actively participate in their own healing, and to begin to acknowledge the role that their thoughts, feelings, and soul longings have in their day to day health and wellbeing.

My practice is trauma informed, intuitive, grounded and compassionate. I will lean on whichever skillset (herbs, nutrition, astrology, tarot, muscle testing etc.) that are most indicated, and am also guided by your personal preferences.

A more storied biography…

I am Rebecca Holly, a practitioner, mentor and devotee of folk medicine ways, ancient wisdom schools, and the Wise Woman’s Tradition of healing. I believe that so many paths to thriving health lead us back to the Earth and our relationship with it, bringing about a rewilding of body and soul through earth-based medicines and the natural cycles within and without.

My 10 years clinical experience as a Naturopath and Kinesiologist form the solid foundations of my practice, and offer a wide, beloved toolkit to draw from. I am a perpetual apprentice of the esoteric, the magical, the ancient, the wild and the wise - and so I both practice and teach Tarot, Women’s Mysteries and Rites of Passage, and offer guidance and mentoring in Sacred and Healing Arts. I am also a recently emerged Astrologer, after two years with my teacher Austin Coppock. But at the heart of it I am a Witch, wielding my collection of herbs and tools and clear-seeings in service to both the human world, and the more-than-human world of nature and magic.

In late 2020 I met my most important and beautiful teacher yet when my daughter Niah was born, and so began the lifelong path of Mothering. Recreating my offerings and reviewing the expectations I had set for myself over time has allowed me to center mothering and my daughter’s needs which has been both a challenging and a rewarding task. I am committed to breaking the typical cultural paradigms that expect us to sever the link with our children to earn, and creating a new structure that serves both parenting and working. No small feat to be sure, but change has to begin somewhere, right?

My daughter Niah & I 2022.

I was born and live on Bunurong Country, and have long Ancestral roots in Germany and Holland, where my Grandparents immigrated from. Much of my adult life has seen me moving from place to place throughout Victoria, finding home in urban sprawls, suburbs and the bush alike.

Astrologically I am Earth and Fire made, always dancing between the need for growing loving roots beneath, and tending the vital spark of life and soul within. I am no stranger to the shadows, the sore, the hidden, and have become a fierce advocate for consciously cultivating a relationship with the dark, the unseen, the fringed or repressed, as a way of coming home more fully to ourselves, and finding the connection, love and belonging that is our birthright. Learning the language and terrain of the Underworld both changed and saved my life. Having lost my Mother and much close family over the last 10 years has meant many journeys into the great below, both chosen and not, but the allyship I am slowly building from willingly working with my dark parts has influenced and informed the way I guide and way-show others.

Circling with dear sisters in the School of Shamanic Womancraft 2018-9.

Ultimately though, beyond any skills or processes I have learned, I believe my role in the world to be ever in Apprenticeship with the weaving of human and ‘more-than-human’ – bridging the modern life we all find ourselves in with ancient, simple, powerful wisdoms of land, spirit and the magic of the wild places within and without. To be ever in deep listening and reciprocity with the cycles, and to always be willing to walk, honour, and reforge my own truths. My mission is one of rewilding the soul, re-membering the gifts and talents we are all born with, and reintegrating the parts of ourselves that societal norms have deemed too big, too powerful, too dark, too true. I do this through the tools of my trade - herbal medicines, gut feelings, muscle testing, astrological wisdom, the tarot, and connecting with my guides and ally’s in spirit.

And so if you find yourself on a strange path, in a dark place, or at a curious fork in the road, it may be that we meet there together, ready to unravel the medicine in it all. It may be that I can offer herbal medicines to escort your body’s vital force back into the right flow after long years of difficulties, teaching you how to work with rather than against as we go. And it may just be that upon the opening of an important door within, that a little wise woman medicine could be what empowers you to step through it with all the right tools - straight backed, soft hipped, open hearted and clear eyed - ready to reclaim and re-member yourself whole.

It is so heart warming, and such a privilege to show and share myself here with you.

I hope you have found some answer to a heart-call in my work here, and nourishment from these offerings that are in answer to mine own.

Much love,

Rebecca Holly xx
