The LOVED UP Body Scrub is the perfect invitation for a deep self-love experience, and was made with images of Freyja and Aphrodite in mind. While rubbing in all the heart opening goodness that’s been packed in, there is an invitation to intentionally exfoliate away and shed whatever keeps you from embodying full-bodied self love. The heart opening ingredients invite softening with and into the self, leaving your skin feeling lush and hydrated, without the residual stickiness of heavy oils left behind.

INGREDIENTS
Pink Salt, Organic Coconut Oil, Rose Petals, Rosewood Essential Oil, Homeopathic Rose Quartz, Rose Flower Essence, FREYJA Goddess Essence
Each scrub comes in a unique glass jar, recycled and sterilised before being repurposed. If you would like a quantity not listed here, contact me and I can cater to a specific amount. Pictured is the smallest jar containing 100gm of the scrub.
HOW TO USE
I scoop about a teaspoon out and pop in the palms of my hand, scrubbing my upper body first from the neck down, taking extra time around areas of tension. When ready, take another teaspoon and split into both palms and use from the hips down. You may like to use more or less depending on your personal preference. Go slow, take in the beautiful smells, notice the way the little rose petals cling to you, and consider offering your gratitude as you rinse them all off. I usually make sure I give myself a good dry off with the towel which helps remove any excess oil, and leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturised without being oily.
Important: Make sure you put the lid back on straight after use (especially if in the shower) to reduce contamination with shower water, which will significantly lessen it’s shelf life.
SAFETY & CAUTIONS
Do not use on sensitive areas such as the face or genitals, and avoid any inflamed areas (such as with eczema or psoriasis), open cuts or sores as the salt will sting.. The amount of essential oils used is very minimal, but if you tend to be sensitive to topical products or essential oils, consider trying a little on the back of your hand and wait an hour to check for a reaction just in case.
