Mugwort and Lavender from my garden were harvested under a Full Moon to create this special and versatile balm. Both herbs are wonderful relievers of stress, anxiety and tension, and can be rubbed into the temples, third eye, back of neck and traps, or pulse points as a sleep aide and to relieve nervous and muscular tension. Mugwort has a special relationship to sleep, and has been used to promote visionary and lucid dreaming for centuries. A very Luna plant, Mugwort helps to regulate menstruation, and combined with antispasmodic Lavender, this topical application can help to settle painful menstrual cramping. Mugwort Moon Balm can also be used directly on cramping or sore muscles, on the temples/neck.upper back for headaches, or simply to relax, meditate, or connect with the the phases of the Moon.

Made primarily with fresh plant infused oils, this balm also has a small amount of Lavender essential oil to potentise the aroma. It has a beautiful and rich fresh green colour, and smells earthy and lavander-y. The oils were left out for the night beneath the full moon that they were created under.

INCLUDED

50gm of balm in a black round aluminium tin. An info card with care and application instructions.

SAFETY & CAUTIONS

Lavender and Mugwort are traditionally considered safe herbs with low chance of toxicity, though Mugwort should be avoided in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Lavender can cause skin irritation in some people.

Do not apply directly on to open wounds or broken tissue. You can instead apply it around them. Do not lather over pus-filled or ulcerated wounds, as the barrier the balm creates may inhibit proper drainage of waste fluids from the wound, and trap the infection within.
