200ml of Venusian Shrub in an amber flask shaped bottle with black lid, and an info card with care instructions and serving suggestion. Contains approx 15-22 doses depending on how generous your serve sizes are.

USE & DOSAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Add a splash (a tablespoon or so) into some cold water, mineral water, or mixed with your favourite clear spirit like Gin, or Vodka. I love mine in mineral water with ice and fresh herbs from the garden like spearmint, basil or rosemary. Typically shrubs have honey included in the recipe, but I love having the option to keep it tart and sour, and to add some honey or elderflower syrup into each serve if I fancy it. It is already full of natural sugars from the fruits infused and perfect on it’s own!

NOTE: If you notice a ‘disc-like growth’ forming on top of the vinegar that isn’t furry/fuzzy like mold, or are noticing increasing bits of sediment floating through your vinegar, then huzzah! You have a scoby - a colony of good bacteria that you also find in kombucha, and apple cider vinegar ‘with the mother’.

Infused vinegars tend to have a long shelf life, but are best used within 12 months. Store in a cool, dark place to lengthen it’s life.

BIRTH & CREATION INFO

Created on 20.10.2023 on Venus day and hour, and within hours of Venus ingressing into Virgo. Infused over 3 weeks. A beautiful scoby had formed on top of the mixture when decanting, indicating the presence of beneficial microbes.

INGREDIENTS

Contains (all organic, homegrown or foraged): strawberries, blueberries, grapefruit, mandarine, rose, californian poppy, thyme, speedwell, spearmint, lemon balm, chamomile, schisandra berries, raspberry leaf, blackberry leaf, apple cider vinegar.

 

Stirring the shrub as it infuses, watching the deep red liquid being squeezed from the blueberries.
