It’s Spanish name is ‘copa de oro - literally “cup of gold”. Just like the Page/Princess of Cups in the Tarot, the Earthy Part of Water, this essence stabilises the container of the body to connect with our oracular selves within. When we find the inner temple quiet and inviting, we are better able to connect to the divine, then carry our revelations back to the material world to manifest our visions and dreams on the earthly plane. USE & DOSAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Internal Application: Flower Essences can be taken internally in drop doses, and is recommended at seven drops twice daily for lasting effects and facilitating deeper change, while seven drops as needed offers a more temporary or transient shift towards the gifts and expressions of the essence. It can be taken as often is needed in acute instances such as for anxiety or stress relief, or before bed to promote restful sleep.

External Application: Used topically you can add a few drops to acupressure or pulse points such as the wrists, neck, or third eye. It can also be added to creams, baths, altars, or used for ritual practice.
